The aesthetic and philosophical aspects of time in Urdu short stories are examined in this essay. Time is analysed not just as a chronological component but also as a thematic and symbolic force that shapes the meaning and structure of stories , The research as complexity to the short story from by highlighting how time reflects memory , perception , and existential thought through a selection of works by authors such as Manto, Intezar Hussain and Khalida Hussain.
